Random computers receiving demo licenses

We are running VCD NMS version 10. Our license is unlimited. Throughout the day some random computers will not receive a correct license from NMS. It will return an invalid license error 34 when running a script. In the license monitor the same computer shows as a demo license. The same computer could receive a correct license and work no problem an hour later and another computer will stop working even though it was working previously.
I have been unable to find a solution. Can you help please?

Random computers receiving demo licenses

The Virtual CD Player permanently checks if the connection to the NMS server is up. If the connection is lost for any reason, Virtual CD uses the locally entered license if available. Otherwise the installation is switched to demo mode.

Try to investigate and solve your networking problems. Otherwise the license can be entered locally - but this may quite a bunch of work...

Random computers receiving demo licenses

Finally found the answer to this problem. Strangely it was caused by two users being a member of many AD groups. Not only did it affect these two users themselves but it also had a knock on affect with other users of VCDROM causing them to get demo licences also. We reduced the number of groups these two users were a member of and it solved the problem. It appears that VCDROM cannot handle users that are members of a large number of AD groups. It's hard to believe this would cause VCDROM to stop working but that was the solution.
