Clients keep disconnecting.

Hi We are using VCD 10 and NMS and all has been fine for a few years now but in the past week all the clients have been disconnection from NMS and then registering and then disconnecting again. The License Count in NMS keeps going up and down like a yoyo also the NMS keeps freezing up.

Even the server its self is stating it has no license regarding that it states it can see the license server and has established a connection.

Anyone what could be causing this ?

Network problems?

I presume that you did not change anything regarding Virtual CD connecting the NMS server. So I'd presume a networking problem: Virtual CD checks its licensing over the network. If the NMS server is not available for a while, Virtual CD tries to use a local license if entered. As soon as the NMS server is available again, Virtual CD connects and retrieves the license from the NMS server.
