Problem ejecting image. (Virtual CD error code: 20.) The specified image could not be ejected.

We have Virtual CD 10 NMS and 25 client licenses.
Client computers connect to a terminal server.
We have a legacy 2008 32-bit TS, as well as a 2012R2 TS.
There is also a desktop with Virtual CD installed that we use to convert discs into images.
All Virtual CD data is stored on a NAS and all of the clients are configured as such.
When users are on either terminal server, they can insert and use the images, but get a 'Problem ejecting image' message when they are finish and want to eject the image (or use a different image).
Sometimes the administrator can eject the image, other times the administrator also gets the error.
