Physical USB drive access

Hi All,
Question: how would I access physical removable drive on software to burn a virtual CD?

Currently, I copy the content from USB to Computer, then burn a physical CD from computer , then burn Virtual CD from Physical CD drive.

Can Anyone help me to burn Virtual CD directly from USB drive?

I have corporate license.
