I have purchased Virtual CD in 2010 and again in 2014. I Windows 10 just upgraded, and now I only get a partial menu when I start the program. I tried to uninstall and re-install from the internet, but this didn't work. I'm not sure WHY it stopped working, but how do I get it to work again.

Unfortunately, we only see your August 27, 2010 purchase of Virtual CD v10 1 client license from order # 102012268 in our system. We do not see the 2014 version purchased unless you used another first and last name or a different email address from tfale@sbcglobal.net or tfale1957@gmail.com.
I will need to see if we have a contact site for Virtual CD Support and get back to you with this information.
