Uninstall error

As with others I'm having problems with Win10. I want to do the uninstall - reboot -reinstall process but I can't uninstall. I get an error message saying:

"An error (-5006:0x8000ffff) has occurred while running the setup.

This seems to be an installshield error but the message says to contact H&H

The error -5006 : 0x8000FFFF is an InstallShield error which does not seem to have a solution, yet: http://community.flexerasoftware.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=122633

You may have the same problem with any other InstallShield setup.

However you can try to resolve this issue by renaming the InstallShield folders in %appdata% and c:\program file\common. Furthermore you may have to rename all InstallSield registry keys.
