More than 23-drives for a single user?

If I want more than 23 simulated drives for a single user, can I use the network version for as many as I want? Can the network version be configured for use upon a single computer (i.e. I want to set it up as a single user with the capability of more than 23 drives.)?

Please see the KB article below for further information. As long as Microsoft does not get rid of the limitation that drives have to have drive letters you will not be able to create more drives than free drive letters available.
