Won't let me copy dists

I upgraded from Virtual CD 9 to VCD 10. I entered the key emailed to me when I purchased the upgrade online. However when I attempt to copy a CD I get the error message:

You do not have the privileges required for launching this program (error code: 112).

The license code entered is invalid.

---------------------------

I did not find any information on error 112 in your knowledge base. Nor can I find anywhere in the product to reenter the key. What should I do?

Diagnostics

Please send us the Virtual CD diagnostics output for further troubleshooting within a new answer to this thread: right-click on the Virtual CD Quick Start icon -> Virtual CD programs -> Show diagnostics.
The diagnostics output will be kept internal!
