On the Permissions page, you can assign permissions to profiles.
Profiles are assigned and evaluated based on the permissions assigned. You can allocate user privileges on the following levels using profiles:

In your Active Directory, you can also assign profiles to OUs. |
User and groups to which the profile applies are shown in the list. Click on Delete to delete the selected entry from the list.

You cannot assign Active Directory permissions if the server is not a member of an AD. |

You cannot allocate any privileges to the Virtual CD basic profile, because this profile is automatically applied to any user for whom no other profile is assigned. |
