Assembling Data

The previous section described in depth how to create virtual CDs as 1-to-1 images of optical media. There may be instances, however, when you need to modify the data before creating the image, adapt the content of a virtual CD, or put together your choice of files as an image, or perhaps burn them on a CD. Tasks like these can be accomplished using the Virtual CD Editor.

Do not modify images stored in non-standard formats, as is often the case with games. When such images are loaded in the Editor and changes are saved, they are usually no longer viable.

As indicated by the title of this section, the Editor is used for assembling data, but it is not possible to create or load audio CDs using the Editor.
