Deinstalling the Virtual CD v5 driver

Under Windows 9x/ME, delete the VBEV5MP.MPD file in \Windows\System\Iosubsys. Under Windows NT/2000/XP, delete the VBEV5MP.SYS driver in the Windows directory System32\Drivers.
