The Client Distributor has an update function that you can use to make sure each workstation has the latest release of its Virtual CD version.

The update function is available only for Virtual CD v10 clients. |

This function updates only the Virtual CD software. Settings that were modified in a Client Setup are not stored in the updated version. If you have created a Client Setup with modified settings, you will need to reinstall the client. |

If a more recent Setup has been selected for installation than the version currently on the client machine, the Client Distributor prompts an update. Click on the Update button in the toolbar: |
Whenever an updated release of Virtual CD becomes available, you can make a new Client Setup to update your Virtual CD clients.
