The Usage view is an additional view that can be displayed in place of the Administration view. To open the Usage view, select the Virtual CD NMS page in the Ribbon and click on Usage tab, click on Analysis button. A menu opens giving you a choice of Usage views:

 

 

Virtual CD usage. Shows the usage data pertaining to the virtual CDs.

Usage by station. Shows usage data pertaining to the stations on which virtual CDs run.

Usage by user. Shows usage data pertaining to the users running virtual CDs.

 

Each of these views shows the time and duration of the most recent usage. For stations, the Virtual CD version in use is shown as well. The following commands are available in the shortcut menu:

 

Properties. Shows the properties of the selected station in a separate dialog.

Print. Prints the usage data.

Export. Exports the usage data to a CSV file, which you can process, for example, in Microsoft Excel.
