Altered settings are not applied to the client station until the client has been restarted. If drive settings defined in a profile conflict with local drive settings, the local settings are overwritten.

You can use the Virtual CD NMS script distribution feature to save changes in drive settings. To do this, create a script that restarts the computer and store it in the Virtual CD script folder. Then locate the script in the NMS Administration program and use drag-and-drop to run it on the desired station.
