Error code 310

I'm also getting the error code 310 while trying to download the latest v10 installer of Virtual CD 5-user. I have the v10 upgrade license from a v9 5-user license but it isn't working. Also, my Virtual CD instances are showing up as demo now. What's going on?

Dear Mr. Kocmoud,

I found serial numbers for v5, v7 and v9 only, no v10. Please send me your v10 serial number in an new answer (it will be lept internal) so that I can reactivate your download.

Regarding Virtual CD showing demo, please send me the Virtual CD diagnostics output within the answer (it will also kept internal).
