Virtual CDs not inserted after a reboot under Windows 98/ME

After a reboot under Windows 98/ME previously inserted CDs are no longer in the virtual drive.

For Virtual CD v6 and v7 up to Version 7.1 there is a hotfix for this problem.

Download:

• Vc6Play.exe
• Vc7Play.exe

Installation:

• Stop the Virtual CD player:
  Start -> Run ->
  C:\Program Files\HHVcdV6Sys\Vc6Play.exe /stop
  or
  C:\Program Files\HHVcdV7Sys\Vc7Play.exe /stop
• Rename the existing player.
• Copy the new player in the same directory.
• Start the player via double click anew.

With the next Virtual CD v7 version this problem will be solved for the v7 version.
