Installation of Virtual CD 4 fails under Windows ME

The setup fails when it is about 90% finished and outputs an error message; for example: "C:\windows\inf\hhvc58e9.rra Directory or file cannot be created"

Please delete all 0-byte INF files in C:\Windows\inf and start the Virtual CD installation again.

To date, this problem has been encountered only with Windows ME.
