Error message: "The maximum number of accesses has been exceeded."
This isn't caused by Virtual CD, but rather from a restriction of Microsoft. Both Windows Server and Windows Workstation can be used as file servers. The number of simultaneous accesses of a virtual CD on an NT based workstation is limited to 10. This applies to both virtual CDs and global configuration files.
The same limitation would apply to the access of Virtual CD Clients on the Virtual CD Option Pack Server (OPS) resp. Virtual CD Network Management Server (NMS), when the latter would have been installed on an NT based workstation.
There is no such limitation in Windows 98/ME.
