vCD error message after log on.

We are using v10.6.0 on Windows 7 64Bit and are getting an vCD error following log in...

"Failed to verify the integrity of the executable.
Error Code:A system-level error occurred while verifying trust. Now shutting down."

Any ideas how to solve this issue?
