Virtual drives vanish after create and reboot

I created 2 virtual drives and asked to restart, but after restart no new virtual drive was found.
I use Virtual CD 10.6 and win 8.1 32Bit. The same problem was also with Ver. 10.5

No virtual drives

Please see the KB article below for help. If this does not solve the problem, please send us the diagnostics output and the content of C:\Windows\hhdrvi.log within a new answer for further troubleshooting.

Virtual CD drives cannot be created in Virtual CD v10.x - Windows Vista, 7, 8, 10

H+H Virtual CD SCSI Controller

According your instructions I looked in the Device Manager for the mentioned controller an could not find any. So I'm stuck at the first step.

Controller is missing

Did you find the corresponding file OEMxx.INF file in the Windows\Inf directory? The size of the file is about 3 KB AND the first line of this file is
VDRV1064.INF (Windows 64 bit) respectively VDRV1000.INF (Windows 32 bit)

Did you install with administrative rights? Maybe it is also neccessary to deactivate your antivirus software during the installation.

It worked

Thank you.
