I have tried repeatedly to install virtual cd 10 on my lap top and keep getting this message. Unable to install the Virtual CD driver. setup canceled. The laptop is running Windows 7 home premium. 64 Bit operating system.
Did you install "as Administrator" as suggested in the 1st KB artivcle below? Another good advice is to deactivate your antivirus software during the installation as this may be a reason of the driver's installation failure.If this does not help, please refer to the 2nd KB artcile which give further advice.
