On 28Sep2016 I purchased a V10 5-client licence. I have installed it on only one computer so far but when I try to run it, I get an error dialog reading "No valid license for virtual CD found". That installation had used a license number you provided after my purchase, commencing "VCDA". Since then I have downloaded the update to V10.7, and have run that as a "Repair", but I still get the same error dialog. I am running Win 10 with all available updates. My laptop is an HP, with all its drivers updated. I have hesitated to try a full installation of V10.7 with the above license number.
What sould I do please?
