Win 10 virtual drives get lost periodically

Dear all, on Win 10 the virtual drives get lost periodically (between 60 and 90 days after reinstall). Virtual CD 10.7 has to be uninstalled and reinstalled all the way. I have this symptom also on Win 8.1. On Win 7 there's no problem at all. So what might be the cause for this within Win 8.1 and Win 10?

Virtual drives get lost

This is not a known issue. Virtual drives do not get lost without any reason, e.g. the driver gets deleted for any reason or you update Windows 10 which always means to reinstall Virtual CD (not the OS):

Virtual CD does not work properly after upgrading or updating Windows.
