How can i get recover my data

hi there i have created a virtual disc from folders .
I deleted it from my recycle bin and i recovered it back again.but my Virtual cd does not show any valid file to load the disc.

what files i have now are *.000 , *.001 , *.htm , *.VBL , *.vc4

i Guess *.000 & *.001 are my main storage . I want a solution plsss all my important files are there in that DIsc. How can i Get back my Data

Which file to load

The file to load is the vc4 file. The 00X files contain the data, but the vc4 file is the one which contains the information what to load. You can add the vc4 file to the CD Central or right-click it to insert it into a virtual drive.
