Error Installing v10 on Win 7 Ultimate 64bit

I have all programs closed, no firewalls running. I have administrator rights. I have downloaded the file 3 times from your downloads page which requires me to enter my license key.

I continually receive the following error:

This error error has never been reported so far. For this reason it is very difficult to answer your request, I am sorry.

Are there any tools, special features, ... installed on your PC? If you log on with another user(having administrator rights9 and run the setup, do you recieve the same error?

Found the solution

I finally found what happened: When I first tried to install it, it crashed while installing the virtual drives. When it crashed, Windows 7 popped up a dialog suggesting to reinstall it with Recommended settings. At the time, I didn't know what this meant, but apparently it set the Compatibility mode to Vista. This caused it to continually crash thereafter when trying to reinstall. Once I turned off Compatibility mode, it installed just fine.
