EC: 14

I installed VirtualCD version 10 on one computer, added virtual drives, inserted images and all was fine. Then I made an image of that computer and restored it to another computer. The virtual drives are no longer there. Even if I re-add them and restart the computer they are gone. Then I get the EC:14 error because the drives aren't there to insert the images into.

We did buy more than one license.

EC: 14 just means "invalid virtual drive". The knowledgebase article below describes how you can try to solve the problem.
