Virtual CD NMS has a printing/data export function that can be applied to various data. This lets you print data or export it to a file. You can print/export the following:

You can start the printing function from the main menu by selecting the Print category and then choosing the desired option. Alternatively, you can right-click in the corresponding view to open the shortcut menu, and select Print or Export.
Opens the Print dialog. The default communication media is Printer. Click on Customize to select the right printer and start the printing operation by clicking on Start.
Export: Logbook
When you select Export, the default file format is Adobe PDF. Alternatively, you cn export data to a Rich Text Format (RTF) file, or the XML format. Click on Start. In the subsequent dialog, choose the path in which the file will be stored and click on Save. The data is stored in the specified file.
Export: Usage data and license analysis
If you activate the Export function in the Usage view or the Evaluation of licenses view, you can store the data in a CSV file. This can be processed in Microsoft Excel, for example to create graphs of the exported data.

The Profile Editor has a print/export function as well. In the main menu of the Profile Editor, select either Print all profiles or Print selected profiles. In the Print the profile dialog, select the desired printer. To export profile settings to a file, select a file format under Output to/as, such as Adobe PDF. |
