Virtual CD and windows 10

Virtual Cd is not letting make a copy of a new cd I placed in the drive. It shows me all the tracks when I right click on it but it does not let me insert it so that I can make a virtual copy

I'm not quite sure if I understand the problem correctly. What shows "all the tracks" and waht does not let you "insert"? Haven't you be able to create a virtual CD? Which error message do you get? Which title (and version) do you want to copy?

Well when I insert the CD it does not show up on the management page when I right click on the drive Icon it will list the tracks on the CD. But it does not let me go to the file menu and select insert that menu item is dimmed. I get no error messages I have the latest version 10.7 Also the program work before windows 10 upgrade the cd I want to copy is from Pioneer Drama services Inc. "Hey Ho Pinocchio"

This title is a video DVD, isn't it? In this case the problem may derive from the CSS encryption. Due to German law (Virtual CD is a German software) it is not allowed to create a functioning copy from a CSS encrypted video DVD.

Hm, OK... I presume that you have been able to create a virtual CD from the original source CD, am I right? If so, you should be able to insert into into a virtual drive or - if this is not accepted by the game - into the physical drive.
If this does not work: Do you get any error messages? Which ones and which program produces them, the game or Virtual CD?
